Oil-Soluble Extracts Explained
It Prepared via a cold process to avoid potential loss of effectiveness heat processing can have. Created from naturally grown materials which are extracted first with a specified eluant to yield a concentrate. This concentrate is then dissolved in safflower oil at a concentration of 10% concentrate and 90% diluents. Unlike their water-soluble counterparts, oil-soluble extracts are concentrated flavors dissolved in an oil base, such as vegetable oil, instead of water or alcohol.

Extract obtained from Hibiscus Rosa-Senensis (Hibsicus) flowers. Has great antioxidant, toning and purifying properties. Useful for formulations targeting skin tone, anti-cellulite and refirming products.
