Return & Refund
We want to provide you with the best experience possible, so we take customer satisfaction very seriously.
Purenso offers a 10 working days replacement guarantee on all products on delivery of wrong or damaged product. Please get in touch with us within 10 days of receiving your order if you would like to have it replaced. We will arrange a reverse pick-up for your order and its replacement within 30 days from the delivery date. Kindly note that a return will be initiated *ONLY* on delivery of a wrong/damaged. We cannot accept returns without prior authorization. All unsolicited products will not be refunded or returned.
If your goods are damaged or if you received an incorrect product, we would be happy to give you the following alternatives;
- Exchange the goods for an alternative of your choice to equal value.
- Give you full refund for the price you paid for the goods.
