  • Domestic Orders: Dispatched within 48 working hours. Delivery time is typically 4 to 7 working days depending on your location.

  • International Orders: Dispatched within 72 working hours, and generally delivered within 10 to 15 working days.

  • We ship globally using trusted logistics partners: Aramex, DHL, BlueDart, DTDC, India Post, and Delhivery.

We offer a 10-day replacement guarantee for:

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect items received

How it Works:

  • Contact us within 10 days of delivery

  • We’ll arrange a free reverse pickup

  • A replacement will be dispatched within 30 days of return approval

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items

  • Returns must be pre-authorized — unsolicited returns will not be processed

  • For damaged/incorrect goods, you can choose between:

    • A replacement product of equal value

    • A full refund for the item value

🌍 International Order Return & Refund Policy

We ship worldwide with care—but international customers must ensure compliance with their local import laws. Here's what you need to know:

🛃 Customs Clearance Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Understand and comply with their country’s import duties, taxes, and custom clearance procedures

  • Stay in touch with their local customs office to avoid delays or confiscations

📦 If the Shipment Is Returned to Sender

If you're unable to clear your order through customs and the shipment is returned to us:

  • Refunds will only be initiated once the package is safely received back at our facility

  • 📉 The refund will be processed after deducting:

    • Original shipping charges

    • Any Return-to-Origin (RTO) or customs handling fees

🚫 No Refund in the Following Cases

  • Shipment is confiscated, lost, or destroyed due to non-clearance

  • Shipment is not returned to us (e.g., stuck in customs permanently)

💸 Refund Processing Timeline

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 7–10 business days after we receive the returned parcel for processing
