Licorice (also known as Mulethi) is one of the most popular ingredients in Ayurveda to treat certain skin and hair concerns. It is a natural powder for skin pigmentation, acne marks, and sensitive skin. It's particularly effective for reducing dark circles and uneven pigmentation. It contains glycyrrhizin which works as an anti-inflammatory agent that reduces redness and brightens the skin. Loaded with antioxidants, it works by fighting free radicals in the body.
