PEG 7 glyceryl cocoate is a blend of synthetic compounds such as polyethylene glycol (PEG) and coconut oil. HLB value 11 (gives oil-in-water emulsions). It is produced by ethoxylation of glyceryl cocoate, with 7 units of ethylene oxide monomer in the polymer chain.

  • Surfactant and Cleansing Agent: The PEG compound, PEG-7 Glyceryl cocoate, works as a surfactant. This means, it will mix substances together easily.
