FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Not without comparing active content and carrier. A diluted liquid and a solid aroma material can deliver very different amounts of musk per gram.

No. They are different musk materials. Compare their profiles in the intended accord rather than assuming identical odour or formulation behaviour.

The material may not be fully dissolved or the solvent system may be unsuitable. Check incorporation and storage stability; vigorous shaking is not proof of permanent dissolution.

Use an appropriate balance. Granule size and packing affect volume, making spoon measurements unreliable for repeatable aroma-material dosing.

Perception of musks and olfactory adaptation can differ. Use additional evaluators and matched samples before increasing the musk level.

No. Ingredient persistence does not establish a universal wear time for the finished perfume. The complete accord, carrier and application matter.

No. A solid musk is not a neutral carrier solvent. It contributes its own odour and needs a compatible incorporation system.

No. Keep flammable mixtures away from flames and other ignition sources. Use appropriate controlled equipment and the material's handling guidance.

Not necessarily. Changing the alcohol, water or other solvent balance can reduce solubility. Test the finished concentration and expected storage temperatures.

No. Environmental claims need evidence relevant to the ingredient and complete product; use in cosmetics does not establish biodegradability.
