Description: Evogreen L19 is a range of liquid emollients, readily biodegradable, from vegetable origin (non GMO) that offers an alternative to mineral oils & silicone oils. A unique first refreshing and gliding sensation with a soft after-feel. It is a lightweight ingredient that is used in a range of cosmetic ingredients because of its many beneficial properties. It is primarily an emollient that renders the skin smooth and soft after application. This ingredient helps disperse UV filters such as zinc oxide and titanium dioxide. Solubility: Soluble in water
