Apricot Liquid Extract - Water Soluble

It is an excellent addition to skin care formulations for exfoliating, cleansing, and moisturizing the skin

Description: Extract obtained from Prunus Armeniaca (Apricot) fruits. Has softening and emollient properties. Suggested to reduce sebum. Commonly used to relieve itching, dryness, inflammation. An excellent oil for all skin types. It is soluble in water, alcohol, and glycerol but is insoluble in oil.

Benefits:

• It is high in mono and polyunsaturated fatty acids, and contains naturally occurring Vitamins A, B1, B2, B6 and Vitamin E
  
• A high concentration of fatty acids, minerals, and vitamins and are considered to have emollient properties that can improve skin hydration.
• A rich source of Vitamin C and A, known to help remove buildup from the surface of the skin and to keep it well-hydrated

Use: All skin care products can be added to a wide range of products including creams, lotions, shampoos and conditioners, bath products, and moisturizing products such as face oils, face creams and body butters, to provide additional flavor and nutrients.

Applications: Slowly stir desired amount of liquid into formula and mix well. Typical use level .5% to 5%. For external use only.

This is a natural product which may darken with age (discoloration will not affect efficacy). Slight fallout may occur over time. Protect from oxidation. Store at room temperature.

Tips: This product provides rich attributions to formulations such as lotions, shampoos and soap. Test your final product to ensure optimal performance.
